With excellent organizational skills, they oversee administrative tasks such as scheduling patient visits, answering phone calls promptly, and handling insurance claims efficiently. In addition to managing patient flows within the office, they also supervise receptionists or dental assistants to ensure the proper functioning of daily activities. Their expertise extends beyond customer service as they collaborate closely with dentists and other staff members to optimize productivity and streamline workflows.
